The GRAPAX, (Groupe de Recherche en Appui aux Politiques de Paix), is an interuniversity network of research and expertise on Peace and Security issues. With fifteen years of experience, it brings together academic actors from the North and the South, NGOs and officers of the Belgian public administration around peace-building processes in Post-conflict States and Fragile Contexts.

The GRAPAX brings together representatives of Belgian Universities and of southern countries, of NGOS and public administration around its working topics. It is open to all kind of actors and supports cooperation among its members.
Being a part of the ACROPOLIS program, researchers and the GRAPAX network, including new partners, continue to support the Belgian administration of development cooperation in issues related to governance for development.
The GRAPAX offers customized formations, especially for persons or NGOs wishing to deploy activities in contexts of fragility, transition or end of crisis.
On single occasions, the GRAPAX offers its services to consultancy missions of thirds (Belgian Federal Administration, European Commission, United Nations, etc.)
